River Management: This agreements will be designed to integrate the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) and the recipients activities in order to provide cost effective information and networking opportunities, eliminate duplicate efforts with respect to topical meetings, professional development, educational seminars, workshops, safety/rescue training, and biennial symposia. This agreement will enhance other river-administering agencies in providing uniformity and equal access to information, cost savings through consolidation of meeting venues, and access to a broad-based comprehensive professional river-management network.
