Saving Lives at Birth - A Grand Challenge: USAID, the Government of Norway, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Grand Challenges Canada, and The World Bank invites organizations to respond to Saving Lives at Birth: A Grand Challenge for Development (Round II) Draft. This draft describes this Challenge targeting maternal and neonatal health and the types of activities covered; describes funding available and the process and requirements for submitting applications; explains criteria for evaluating applications; and refers prospective applicants to relevant documentation on the internet. Organizations are strongly encouraged to provide feedback on ways to improve the quality of this procurement. The feedback can focus on any aspects of the draft.
