Service Delivery and Support for Families Caring For Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC): The purpose of this program is to improve the well-being of families and their vulnerable children through comprehensive and coordinated evidence-based interventions that strengthen the capacity of families and communities to care for vulnerable children in sub-districts and districts with high HIV prevalence, high maternal mortality, and a high number of orphans and vulnerable children.
