Single Source: National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult (Add) Health Wave VII (U01 Clinical Trial Not Allowed): Add Health is a nationally representative, longitudinal cohort study of individuals primarily born from 1976 through 1982 who were first interviewed as adolescents in grades 7-12 (ages 12-19) in 1994-1995. Add Health respondents are now at midlife, offering a uniquely valuable timepoint to assess risk and resilience for Alzheimers disease and related dementias (AD/ADRD). This NOFO will continue core study aspects including the mixed-mode survey, in-home health visit, venous blood collection, and data dissemination activities while further developing Add Health as a population-representative data resource to understand life course factors shaping inequities in outcomes related to aging and AD/ADRD.
