South Sudan Peace Talks Facilitation: The United States Department of State (DOS) and Bureau of African Affairs (AF) announces a Notification of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for organizations interested in submitting proposals to support the implementation of commitments in the 2018 Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in South Sudan (R-ARCSS) peace agreement.
