St. Lawrence County Barrier Removal: THIS IS NOTICE INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a single-source financial assistance agreement as authorized by 505 DM 2.14(B). This funding opportunity is a notice of intent to award a single source agreement to Finger Lakes-Lake Ontario Watershed Protection Alliance to help meet the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services (Service) to be used to remove four barriers to fish passage on Hutchins Brook and Plum Brook, two tributaries to the Raquette River in St. Lawrence County, New York.
