Stanislaus River Salmon Project: Staff that work pursuant to the Central Valley Project Improvement Act (CVPIA) in Californiaâ¿¿s Central Valley have a need for timely access to standardized, high-quality adult and juvenile salmonid monitoring data. To address that need, this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will provide funds used for: (1) collecting and reporting new juvenile Chinook salmon and steelhead monitoring data collected with rotary screw traps deployed near Caswell State Park on the Stanislaus River in Californiaâ¿¿s Central Valley, and (2) data entry and management activities that transfer historical adult Chinook salmon escapement data from a variety of paper and digital data formats to a standardized database structure. This funding opportunity is provided pursuant to the Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Title 34, Public Law 102-575. For a complete list of this programâ¿¿s authorizing legislation, go to https://www.cfda.gov/ and search by the CFDA Program number.
