Stipends Support for the Somali National Army: The United States Department of State's Bureau of African Affairs announces a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for organizations interested in submitting proposals for a project consisting of the provision of stipends for Somali National Army (SNA) soldiers. The program will focus specifically on providing stipends for Somali forces who are taking part in training and mentorship programs implemented by the Department of State, Department of Defense, and donor partners operating within the Somali security sector.
