Strategies to Increase Delivery of Guideline-Based Care to Populations with Health Disparities (R01): This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) invites applications to conduct innovative and feasible studies to test strategies to accelerate the adoption of guideline-based recommendations into clinical practice among populations with health disparities.
