Strategies to Increase Hydropower Flexibility: This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is being issued by the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) on behalf of the Water Power Technologies Office (WPTO).
