Strengthening of Democratic Governance in targeted Areas of Kono, Kailahun, Koinadugu Districts and Tongo Fields in Sierra Leone: The United States Government (USG), as represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Program in Sierra Leone through the Mission in Guinea, solicits applications from any U.S. or non-U.S. non-profit or for-profit nongovernmental organization or Public International Organization (PIO or IO) to engage with USAID/ Sierra Leone Program in a Cooperative Agreement.
