Supporting Greater Socio-Economic Development and Recovery in Cabo Delgado APS: Through this Annual Program Statement (APS), entitled Greater Socio-Economic Development and Recovery in Cabo Delgado Province, Mozambique. USAID Mozambique envisions improving the socio-economic development and recovery of Cabo Delgado Province through one or more of USAID's ‘Areas of Interest' graphically portrayed below, to: 1) strengthen economic pathways, particularly for youth, with an emphasis on agricultural value chains, and improving youth training and employment systems; 2) promote recovery from natural disasters, and 3) strengthen information sharing platforms. Interested organizations should read this entire APS, as well as any Addenda, and follow the instructions for submitting a Concept Paper. USAID intends to have a virtual workshop in Round 1 to respond to all questions from prospective APS applicants. Writing responses will also be provided. Applicants should submit their questions and their interest in the workshop by email to the POC: [email protected] by the deadline specified in the APS Cover page.
