Survey of International Educational Exchange Activity with the United States: The Educational Information and Resources Branch, Office of Global Educational Programs, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs announces an open competition for a Survey of International Educational Exchange Activity with the United States. Public and private non-profit organizations meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 26 USC 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to conduct a statistical survey (census) of foreign nationals enrolled in institutions of higher learning in the United States; foreign scholars at U.S. institutions; and U.S. students participating in study abroad programs.
