Sustainable Leadership, Managment and Governance RFA: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from eligible U.S. for-profit, non-profit, or private voluntary organizations for a program titled, "Sustainable Leadership, Management, and Governance." The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. USAID strongly encourages applicants to propose creative collaborative partnerships with other U.S. and/or international organizations, NGOs, private voluntary organizations, and firms to implement activities under this program. USAID's objective is to strengthen the sustainable leadership, management and governance needed to implement quality health programs. It will address the leadership, management and governance needs of health systems, thereby enhancing service delivery to improve health care outcomes in Family Planning and Reproductive Health (FP/RH), HIV/AIDS, malaria, Tuberculosis (TB), Maternal and Child Health (MCH), and other health services while at the same time strengthening the management systems necessary to develop, maintain, and support health care delivery.
