Technical Assistance To Obtain State And Territorial Health Department Input For National Health Security Related Activities: 1. Support and maintain a workgroup comprised of state and local emergency managers and ESF#8 directors. This workgroup should be designed to help engage stakeholders and customers to define and prioritize current and future challenges in order to dedicate and focus resources to develop solutions to complex problems and foster practical implementation models for collaboration between ESF#8 and emergency management that further promote integrated all-hazards emergency preparedness, response and recovery planning between public health, healthcare and emergency management.
