Technical Assistance to Develop and Implement Conservation Programs: The NRCS is seeking assistance from eligible applicants to contribute and partner in assisting landowners in planning, designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating fish and wildlife habitat development projects in Georgia. The goal of the agreement is to accelerate and ensure administration and field work necessary to implement the Environmental Quality Incentive Program (EQIP), Wildlife Habitat Incentive Program (WHIP), and Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) occurs in a timely and effective manner.
