Technology Incubator for Wind Energy Innovations: The Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE)?s Wind & Water Power Technologies Office (WWPTO) seeks to fund R&D in technology approaches and solutions that are not currently represented in the Office?s Multi-Year Program Plan and/or existing project portfolio in a meaningful or significant way. This Incubator Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) represents an opportunity to support novel and non-incremental technology approaches and to ultimately facilitate identification and future inclusion of highly promising, emerging technology approaches into the Office?s Multi-Year Program Plans and future program portfolios. The FOA will accept applications for any and all ideas that have a significant potential to advance the mission of the Wind Program.
