Teichert Hallwood Facility Salmonid Habitat Restoration, Yuba River, CA: The Central Valley Project Improvement Act (CVPIA; Title 34 of Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(b)(1)), authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Department of the Interior (DOI), in consultation with other State and Federal agencies, Indian tribes, and affected interests, to develop and implement a program which makes all reasonable efforts to at least double natural production of anadromous fish in Central Valley rivers and streams.
