The Call Center is available to people in 56 states and territories, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to provide information and referral, expert advice and care consultation nationwide regarding Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. ACL is interested in continuing operation of the call center with a concentration on the following objectives: Increasing outreach efforts to raise awareness of the Alzheimer's Call Center, website, and other resources available to assist persons with ADRD and their caregivers. Developing targeted initiatives that ensures that underserved and diverse populations have access to the call center and the education resources. Exploring collaborations and partnerships with Federal, public, non-profit, and private entities to ensure the Alzheimer's Call Center reaches the broadest population as possible.
