The Higher Education Partnerships Program (HEPP): In order to strengthen Egyptian higher education institutions and enhance their ability to develop a globally competitive Egyptian workforce, USAID will support a Higher Education Partnerships Program (HEPP) that closely links Egyptian and U.S. higher education institutions to each other, and with the private sector.
