The National Healthy Tomorrows Technical Assistance Resource Center: The purpose of this program is to support activities of the Healthy Tomorrows Partnerships for Children Program (HTPC) which strives to improve access and delivery of maternal and child health services through governmental and professional partnerships. Specifically, this cooperative agreement is designed to promote problem-solving approaches which enhance community and provider participation. This provider partnership will encourage private sector and other support for improved coordination of and access to health resources at the community-level for pregnant women, infants, and children.
