Transforming Sierra Leone: Linking Democratic Governance, Economic Growth And Natural Resource Management, While Empowering Women And Youth And Building Institutional Capacities: The purpose of the Request For Application (RFA) is to solicit applications for funding. The United States Government, through USAID, is seeking full applications from prospective partners to implement activities to enhance democratic governance, foster economic growth and improve natural resource management to the benefit of the people of Sierra Leone.
