Transitioning Tribal Colleges And Universities To Clean Energy - 2023: DE-FOA-0002978: TRANSITIONING TRIBAL COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES TO CLEAN ENERGY - 2023 Under this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), the DOE Office of Indian Energy is soliciting applications from Tribal Colleges and Universities for: (1) clean energy project and curriculum planning (Topic Area 1); and (2) clean energy technology and curriculum deployment (Topic Area 2) See Section III.A. of the FOA for eligibility information and Appendix A for definitions. DOE expects to make approximately $15 million in federal funding available for new awards under this FOA. DOE anticipates making approximately 10 to 25 awards under this FOA. DOE may issue awards in one, multiple, or none of the of the aforementioned topic areas. A 10% cost share of the total allowable costs of the project (i.e., the sum of the federal share, and the non-federal Recipient cost share of allowable costs equals the total allowable cost of the project) is required.
