Travel and Logistics Support for Law Enforcement and Rule of Law Programs in Peru: The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Narcotics Affairs Section in Peru (INL Lima) seeks applications from qualified organizations to assist with travel, training programs and operational support, under the authority of INL Lima, in locations throughout the world for Peruvian law enforcement and justice personnel, military, civil society, government officials, and other relevant participants from Peru, the United States, Central American or other countries. The award recipient will provide programmatic, logistical, and administrative support to the INL Lima's programs, mainly in the areas of travel, event planning, and lodging arrangements. Organizations may submit cooperative agreement proposals for a program to facilitate the implementation of law enforcement and rule of law assistance programs. The activities under this award shall primarily take place within Peru, but may include activities in other countries. Travelers may be arriving to Peru from the United States or a third region, or program participants from Peru may be traveling both in Peru and outside the region, including to the U.S., to attend trainings. INL is seeking proposals with an implementation period of one to two years, renewable contingent upon availability of funds, recipient's performance, and INL's priorities. If funding is available for additional years and INL wishes to continue funding the grantee and/or the program, INL will work with the recipient organization to implement a cost amendment to the award for additional funding.
