Tribal Border Infrastructure Program 2009 Request for Proposals: The statutory authority of the Revised Continuing Appropriations Resolution (Public Law 110-329) provided EPA with the authority to award funds for the U.S. / Mexico border program. EPA allocated a portion of these funds for the Tribal Border Infrastructure program. This authority states, in part, that the funds "shall be for architectural, engineering, planning, design, construction and related activities in connection with the construction of high priority water and wastewater facilities."
