U.S. Embassy Bangui PDS Annual Program Statement: Purpose of Small Grants: PDS invites proposals for programs that strengthen cultural ties between the U.S. and the Central African Republic through cultural and exchange programming that highlights shared values and promotes bilateral cooperation.
