PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The U.S. Embassy Conakry, Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for interested organizations to submit a statement of interest (SOI) for funding a variety of program proposals that strengthen ties between the peoples of the United States and Guinea. The U.S. Embassy Public Diplomacy Section invites organizations interested in potential funding to submit SOI applications outlining program concepts that reflect this goal.
