U.S. Embassy Windhoek PDS Annual Program Statement: The U.S. Embassy in Namibia's Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Department of State is pleased to announce that funding is available through its Public Diplomacy Grants Program. This is an Annual Program Statement outlining our funding priorities, the strategic themes we focus on, and the procedures for submitting requests for funding. Purpose of Grants: The Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Embassy in Windhoek invites proposals for programs that strengthen ties between the United States and Namibia through cultural, academic, and exchange programming that promotes bilateral cooperation and shared values. All proposals should include an American element, such as a connection with American experts, organizations, or institutions.
