U.S. Mission Iraq Public Diplomacy Section's Annual Program Statement: The U.S. Embassy Baghdad Public Diplomacy (PD) will accept applications for projects on a rolling basis until the deadline of August 30, 2025. A grant review committee will review outstanding applications on a quarterly basis. This Notice of Funding Opportunity covers the whole of Iraq, including the Iraqi Kurdistan Region (IKR). Please carefully follow all instructions below. Successful projects will strengthen cultural, educational, or people-to-people ties between the United States and Iraq through programming that highlights shared values and promotes bilateral cooperation. All programs must include an American cultural element or connection with American expert/s, organization/s, or institution/s in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives.
