U.S. Mission to Libya Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program Annual Program Statement (APS): The U.S. Department of State is pleased to announce that funding is available through its Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program, administered by the U.S. Mission to Libya through the Tunis-based U.S. Libya External Office.
