U.S. Wave Energy Open Water Testing: The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) is issuing, on behalf of the Water Power Technologies Office (WPTO), this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) titled “Oceans of Opportunity: U.S. Wave Energy Open Water Testing”, to significantly accelerate the design, fabrication, and testing of multiple wave energy converters.
