USAID/Egypt APS Addendum - Private Sector Collaboration Pathway (PSCP) Annual Program Statement (APS): Through this Private Sector Collaboration Pathway (PSCP) Annual Program Statement (APS) addendum, USAID/Egypt seeks private sector partnerships that support one or more Development Objectives (DOs), as listed under the current Egypt Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS, 2020-2025). This addendum creates a mechanism for USAID/Egypt to receive concept papers for collaboration and partnerships with private sector entities.
