USAID/MOZAMBIQUE Strengthening Communities through Integrated Programming: The draft RFA for this program was under RFA #656-08-021. The U.S. Agency for International Development Mission to Mozambique (USAID/Mozambique) is issuing this Request for Application (RFA) for two results-oriented projects that are expected to integrate health, HIV/AIDS, water/sanitation, and rural enterprise program components to contribute to an overall objective of strengthening communities in two provinces of Mozambique: Nampula and Zambezia. USAID/Mozambique plans to award one cooperative agreement for each province by January 2009, pending availability of funds. Each cooperative agreement will be awarded for a period of five years and the maximum possible funding, to be divided between the two awards, is $102 million.
