USAID/Nigeria Opportunities to Learn (OTL) Activity: Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Nigeria is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN (OTL) ACTIVITY in Nigeria.
