Subject to the availability of funds, USAID/Senegal /SRO may allocate up to $17,000,000 over the course of five(5) years . Eligible organizations interested in submitting a Concept Paper are required to carefully read this APS addendum as well as the full YouthPower APS announcement, which can be found at: https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/view-opportunity.html?oppId=325906 .Reading those materials is essential to understanding the program description, concept paper submission requirements and the review and evaluation process.
