The authority for this NOFO is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. Please be aware that this NOFO follows a Multi-tiered Review process and therefore contains the following merit review phases.The result of this NOFO is expected to be one (1) award, although USAID reserves the right to fund any or none of the applications submitted.The successful Applicant will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of the program objectives.
