Ukraine Capacity Development in Intangible Technology Controls: To enhance Ukraine’s capabilities in the following areas: Support awareness raising on issues for ITT relevant stakeholders, to include academia, researchers, producers of technology; Support updating /development of industry and academic guidelines for safeguarding ITTs; Support enhancing Government of Ukraine capabilities to perform assessment of end uses, end users and risks related to ITTs; Support enhancing / development of sustainable interagency mechanisms for effective controls and enforcement; Support awareness raising among administrative and criminal enforcement agencies on best investigative techniques and practices related to ITT violations; Support initial outreach engagement(s) to a core group of up to 60 research and development entities and emerging defense industries on STC requirements related to ITT and beyond, technology safeguarding, compliance and due diligence practices.
