Upper Truckee River Reaches 1&2 (Johnson Meadow) Restoration Planning Project: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a grant agreement to The Tahoe Resources Conservation District under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.543 - Pursuant to Title II, Division D, Public Law 108-7, Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003, Water and Related Resources. Estimated total amount of agreement is $849,990.69. Reclamation is providing $849,990.69 in Fiscal Year 2019. The project's proposed activities will:1) Complete Feasibility Study containing opportunities and constraints assessment for Johnson Meadow; 2) Develop conceptual designs for Johnson Meadow; and 3) Prepare preliminary joint environmental documents for subsequent joint environmental impact documents. (Refer to the Notice of Intent to Award Announcement No. BOR-MP-19-N003 for additional information) A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
