The successful applicant must have demonstrated expertise in working with the Aging, Disability and Veterans networks and participant direction programs, philosophy and implementation. In addition, the successful applicant must have documented experience in the provision of training and technical assistance related to development of participant directed programs. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
