Vision Screening for Young Children Coordinating Center: The purpose of this cooperative agreement is to plan, conduct and coordinate pilot projects with states to determine the feasibility of universal screening for young children to identify vision problems prior to school entry so that corrective measures can be implemented as early in life as possible.
