Additional Information on Eligibility
Awards are available only to Water Research Institutes or Centers established pursuant to the provisions of section 104 of the Water Resources Research Act and listed at (http://water.usgs.gov/wrri/index.php). However, any investigator at an institution of higher learning in the United States is eligible to apply for an award through a Water Research Institute or Center. The application consisting of a full proposal along with the SF-424 and SF-424B and all required budget forms must be submitted through grants.gov (http://www.grants.gov) by the university at which the Institute or Center is located. Proposals requesting matching funds from an Institute or Center are authorized at the discretion of the Institute or Center Director.
