WaterSMART: Cooperative Watershed Management Program Grants for FY 2014: The Cooperative Watershed Management Program (CWMP) contributes to the WaterSMART strategy by providing funding to watershed groups to encourage diverse stakeholders to form local solutions to address their water management needs. Task B - Expansion of an Existing Watershed Group: An existing watershed group, i.e., a grassroots, non-regulatory entity and otherwise meets the definition of a watershed group or a member of an existing watershed group.
