2023 Empowering Communities to Deliver and Sustain Evidence-Based Falls Prevention Programs: The purpose of this funding opportunity is to support organizations to reduce falls and/or falls risk among older adults and adults with disabilities in their community through the implementation of evidence-based falls prevention programs, focusing on those older adults in underserved areas/populations as defined by the Executive Order On Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government.
