APG Army Compatible Use Buffer Program: MICC-FSH announces a potential partnering opportunity for the Aberdeen Proving Ground Army Compatible Use Buffer (ACUB) program. The successful applicant will, after coordinating with Aberdeen Proving Ground encroachment planners and natural resource managers, negotiate the purchase of easements or fee simple property (perpetual real property interests) from willing landowners. The entire project plan encompasses approximately 57,610 acres within two ACUB Priority Areas near Aberdeen Proving Ground in Harford County Maryland. The goal within this project area is protection of approximately 10,100 acres.
