Alcohol Tolerance: Contribution to Consumption (R01): -Purpose. This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) issued by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, National Institutes of Health, solicits Research Project Grants (R01s) that propose to determine the significance of tolerance to alcohol induced responses and the risk for alcohol abuse and alcohol dependence. -Mechanism of Support.
