Announcement of a Grant Opportunity to Support State Unemployment Insurance (UI) Information Technology (IT) Modernization Activities Under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA): This UIPL announces a funding opportunity, with one component to support state UI IT modernization activities, and second component to support state participation in Department-sponsored ARPA program activities.
