Tribal organizations must submit a copy of their eligibility determination with the application unless they have already submitted such documentation to HUD previously. There is no limit on the number of applications an eligible applicant can make under this announcement. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
