Assessments And Surveys For Public Health Action In Post-Earthquake Haiti: The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement is to continue to develop the National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) in Haiti and to establish its lead role in the post-earthquake and cholera response activities by providing critical technical assistance for the implementation of surveillance surveys for public health decision making.
