The analyses of this data can be used to identify outcomes, infer trends and impacts, emphasize effective and replicable strategies and support the formulation of new practices. The purpose of the project is to develop, implement and maintain a web-based data collection instrument to support the extensive data collection obligations of the AT State grant program grantees and the P&A systems.
