BLM CA Abandoned Mine Lands with Department of Conservation: This is a continuation of agreement L09AC15643 which was extended through December 31, 2014 with Department of Conservation, Abandoned Mine Land Unit (DOC) which is necessary to the satisfactory completion of, or is a continuation of an activity presently being funded, and for which competition would have a significant adverse effect on the continuity or completion of the activity. The BLM has been working cooperatively with DOC for over ten years. In order to keep current importance, partnership, protocol, reports, maps, etc. consistent the continuation of a new agreement is necessary to carry out the BLM¿s mission with DOC.
